I cannot register at all, tried numerous time still cannot. The app will just close by itself after I click ‘register me’… Very disappointed

Every time I try to make a new user account it just crashes. Fix it pls!! Omg.

The app keeps on crashing whenever I key in information to create an account. Please work and test it out repeatedly before launching the app. Thanks

I can’t even register as new user

Can’t seem to make reservations when trying to register as a new user. Keeps glitching and restarts the app constantly, even at the first line

Kept crashing when trying to register for an account

Can’t even register a account without the app consistently crashing

First we need to download the app to book for reservations. After we got the reservation, we waited outside for our number to call. However, we never see our number appear in the screen after a long time and there are number called that are after us. We checked with the staff and he told us that we need to check in first with the reservation number with the counter. Furthermore, the app or the store never directs us to check in, how we supposed to know. What a stupid and fussy system.

Confusing workflow and always causing miss queue. 👎
