Messed up my whole password key
I dont know what happened. I just wanted to log in HDB resale portal to look at flats to buy. Then the app said something expired and I had to setup again. And then it is a whole lot of password or ID wrong. But I had saved my password with the autosave function with iphone because the app said my password is too easy to guess (thats why i use the phone function to remember). Even when I reset my password and confirmed that my Singpass Id is correct, the app still wont let me continue, citing wrong password or ID again. Then when I decided to give a super difficult password and manually remember it and they say the system detect I had changed my password and ask me to try again tomorrow. So, is it because I cannot save the password using the iphone app and have to manually key in the Singpass ID and password, thats why they cannot detect, or what? It is frustrating. The portal, app and all, so many platforms for different services.
