Very very slow transfer compared to Transferwise which does the transfer at lightning speed. Use this only if you can wait for the transfer to happen in few days

Pros: - Transfer rates are slightly better compare to Wise and other apps. Hope they continue the same. Cons: - Mobile app is full of issues. Gives impression of a newbie platform. - Onboarding process is quite hectic. Asking for repetitive information. Unable to upload files. This is as per my experience as a fresh user. Hope they improve. Thanks.

Team, singx services are excellent. Also rates are quite good only thing that is not working is your iOS mobile app. It never allows me to login using face id. Nothing happens when i click on login button. If i go to webpage and try to click on forget password, same thing nothing happens. Please do check.

After top up the wallet I am unable to select option for transfer through wallet for remit It always says insufficient balance

Personally for me to send sing dollars to Indian rupees, there is no other broker that gives better rate than singx. They do not charge you heavy fees and provide good mid market rate. You can create multiple requests in a day and exchange at best one. User experience isn’t a great thing though. It can be improved.

New app version is not working for me on latest iOS version. Unable to login, don’t update.

Ever since i upgraded the ios version I try to login through it crashes and kicks me out How do you expect me to trust this website it app are so faulty??! I have been loyal customer of TransferWise and it is THE BEST money transfer app. Hardly 1-2$ extra compared to singx but user experience and ease of use if worth it!!!!
