Good game, but really confusing at the start

Love the Gaccha style of games just like this. I’m also reading the manga for the game as well if you think that this game has fan service you should see the manga.

Great game terrible support

I personally loved this game and sank many hours into it as I was out and about. The issue with this game is its support system as I was able to transfer my account from one phone to another via a link to my Apple ID. But when I just upgraded my phone this most recent time the game refused to connect to my Apple ID to transfer my account and when I went through the account recovery system they demanded that I remember all the items, characters,and currency I had as well as other things. Since I don’t have photographic memory I provided the best info I could and they did not allow me to recover my account.

Love it, but here’s the problem

The one thing that I love about this is the story aspect and lore given to the game, but here are some problems with it: when you have to go to a specific grimnoire, then they don’t load it immediately or it begins to crash on you. Whenever you try to log back into any old account that you have, then they expect you to remember everything from that old account even if you don’t have The memory span of that old account, they should also provide a link to the website, but I don’t think that the website will be able to help with retrieving any information that you have since they only require you to contact support via email. so long story short, I like it but there are some problems that need to be addressed when it comes to retrieving information with all the counts and still some bugs that need to be fixed with grimores

Somehow I am unable to download entirely for playing this game while in application program, could you please help fix this, I really looking forward to play this game for sure.

Transfer failure!

I got a new phone and the transfer left this game in a weird state. It even wiped my account from my old phone! Now I’ve got a half-broken account and the support page displays a failed response when I try to contact them. I think the game itself is awesome. I really hope I find a way to contact them and restore my data. Losing all my progress isn’t acceptable when Apple auto transferred the app.
