I was in the Dubai Mall branch to dye the roots and renew the remaining hair color with the employee Kim on December 5, 2023, but I discovered after several days of washing my hair three times that the color was not exactly the same as it was before, and I called the Dubai Mall branch on December 8 and 9, 2023, and no one came. Someone called me, as an employee told me. She answered me and called the main number for help and said that they would contact me, and no one has contacted me yet. Please solve the problem of hair color that is not similar to the tribal color.

I have been going to sisters JBR branch for an intimate mask service when I used to live in marina. Recently moved to healthcare city and decided to visit the village mall branch hoping the the same service for an intimate mask. I was very surprised seeing a huge difference in their procedures. I went hoping to get what I always liked in JBR branch but it was nearly similar to that in their other branch. When I complained to the manager she said this is how our girl has been trained and she has no idea about the treatment I received in JBR sisters. Anyway I am really not happy with what happened and it made me doubtful from using sisters services anymore.

Very bad lady siting in reception im usually customer not a walking in customer .. Every time I take appointments before going today i go without an appointment at 8 pm branch closed at 10 clock she refuses to allow me to do simple and easy service and she very rude its not my first times im fussing this issue w this lady specially + moreover salone was empty no customer

I really loved the facial experience with Vivian, she’s really expert with the extraction and cleaning. Won’t be the last time here at the Dubai Mall.

If you ask for a trim, make sure you’re being charged for a trim not a haircut. The difference is over 150 AED and they won’t even tell you. What a shame!

I came the first time and the receptionist charged a different price as a hairdresser told me. The professional put my hair as medium (supposedly to be AED125) she gave me a flyer with final price and the receptionist charged me AED 186, she told the price, this is for extra-long hair( my hair is at shoulder level) I like the services but is the second time the prices are different from the previous informed. So i recommended the central stipulate seriously the right price and the ladies should to follow-it to avoid this situation. I went to the Village Mall branch at 23/12 and 31/12/2020.

Went to the MOE branch and I’m so happy!! The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The hair stylist did an AMAZING job. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly highly recommend!!:)
