Not good at all needs lots of work!!!
Hard to navigate and asked to log in even after already doing so. This happens every time. Each time you look at a site you have to go all the way back to look at something else. Not user friendly,
Very disappointed that I cannot log into this site with my actual membership details
This is a terrible app for my iPad Pro. Very unhelpful when trying to book a site, the sites may be busy but dates free would be a good idea. See the caravan club site for a much better experience. Also I keep getting a White screen with nothing happening. Starting to think perhaps I should give up my membership, although there are some good sites around, I just cannot book them.
Need to review this site it is so difficult to use
I paid £53 for annual membership and the choice of campsites in Northern Ireland are very poor and very expensive, if I could cancel I would but will definitely cancel as soon as I can
The app gives me two options - 1 for offers such as over 60 rates, the other for help with the app There is no obvious way to look through sites or filter eg adults only. When I first try to log on I get a message that it’s not a secure server but no options to go further. Very frustrating and annoying.
As an app it just about functions however its lacking features that would help with planning and saving sites. Needs more thought for customer interaction and sharing features.
Just simply awful. App is not fit for purpose.
This WWII POW camp has been transformed into a peaceful oasis in the heart of the whisky trails of Speyside
