The app keeps change my DIAMOND pass to a speedy parking pass this is really upsetting this should not be a problem but some how it is yall didn’t fix any bugs and if u did FIX THIS ONE horrible

Why would they take this away

Ride times are glitched and don’t change.

I can't add my pass to my wallet on iPhone, it gives an error and I try again but it continues with the same error

Would be nice if there was a Apple Watch version so I didn’t have to carry my phone into the park!!

Never changed my states to my order was waiting 30 min for them to pull my sogy food from the warmer wereot had been sitting

Just a heads up that you’ll wait longer to get your mobile order than you will in line — because they never bothered to set up the logistics on the food stands’ end. Our friends waited 20min in line to get food; I waited 30+ and had to explain what I needed — even after my app said it was ready for pickup. The servers couldn’t have been kinder, but the setup is useless.

This is that worst app I’ve used for wait times. Everything says 10-15 minutes when times are 3 to 4 times that. I don’t know if they’re just showing those numbers to lure in people at home but you can’t use it to plan your way through the park. And they took away the postings at the rides so there’s no way to know how long you’re going to wait. F

Can’t add apple wallet

I’ve had season passes every year for at least the past 15 years. This app routinely loses my passes, and for some reason can’t save my tickets to the apple wallet. I’ve been told I don’t need the paper copies of my reciepts, yet each time I’ve gone I’ve had to show them to prove purchase so the staff can fix it and let us in. Just a complete waste of time.
