Because the app is very easy to use anywhere at anytime.
The is six pack app really helps me get stronger abs. It is great.
Don’t know where I’m at right now see seeing if I can reach a new level losing belly fat keeping in fit but we’ll see in 30 days well basically 29 days since I just finished my first one and so far good🥦.
At day six it will kick u off but it’s a great app it’s just why would working out need to cost money We love what you guys are doing but why why are we paying?
Really good helped a lot
The app title is misleading. Your lifestyle, diet, and other exercise will impact your abs. The app would benefit from improvements and additional instruction regarding some exercises. For example, some exercises use one leg as the dominant leg. When done twice, the other leg should be used as the dominant leg, but some people new to exercise and using this app might not know that and they will do the exercise on the same leg twice, not exercising the other leg. This is lazy app development. It would also be helpful to have a 360 view of the exercises. Some things like a full backbend will not be possible or safe for many people to do or try to do. The proper way is to gradually build up strength and flexibility by doing that pose and other poses in steps, not to go straight into a back bend cold. That’s how injuries happen. The tracking in the app could be improved. For example, if you do any two workouts in one day it will count that as two days, which makes it difficult to track for people who do arms, chest, legs, and abs in one session. That counts as four days in the app summary. I reached out to the app contact asking a question about exercise and did not hear back. This strikes me as a low effort cash grab app. I’m giving two stars because the timing works well.
Thanks for your response - I’m not saying it isn’t helping. Please have make recent workouts easy to discover.
This app is just amazing I do wrestling and American football this app has really helped me!
