SJ - Trains in Sweden

Twice I’ve now paid for a ticket in the app and both times I’ve been placed facing the opposite direction of travel and in the isle. I’ve had to ask other passengers if they would swap seats with me so I can avoid getting sick.

Easy to book. It is an odd point system, where you can get a cup of coffee (or tea) after you have spent a lot of money on tickets. The system obviously not works for me who travels regularly and don’t care about tea or coffee. And remember that you can pick it up at Pressbyrån too ! And they keep writing breakfast included and it is hard to find the rules around it. It would be better to program the app to take away the breakfast option, when it isn’t an option any longer (I presume the day before ?!). Or a clear sign ‘Breakfast included if you book before 7 PM the day before’

I am from Denmark, but travel in Sweeden a lot and it would be great if I could save my info on the app, so I don’t have to type in my info each time

Love it

I find it very easy to use the app and it has a nice design. It seems to me though I can’t now buy return ticket in one go - or it became more difficult/hidden. I had to buy two tickets separately

Fine, but room for improvements. It would be nice to be able to see if the prices are in DKK or SEK, when being a danish user.
