Shocking!
My lashes did not even last one week without over half coming out. My lashes were not cleansed before application& no primer was used after application either. I was amazed that a full set of hybrids only took one hr to complete however when they started falling out not even 48hrs later I started to realise why…When I messaged Sophie 5 days later when loads had fallen out and I saw her holiday announcement I wanted to let her know I needed an infill already as a lot had came out. She said she would do them however then ignored my message when I said yes please..this lead me to believe the appointment wasn’t confirmed. Since speaking to Sophie about it she became very rude and I felt as though she was choosing not to understand where I was coming from and being very dismissive. She then expressed she infact did not want to do my lashes again. I asked for a part refund as I was charged £50 for lashes which didn’t even last one week and even Sophie expressed they should last atleast 2 weeks…since saying this I have been ignored. I think it’s one thing to give a bad service and another to be rude and not rectify your wrongs.
