After the latest update I can’t open this app... what should I do ?

The site and app keeps lagging, there’s glitches several times a day. CS never responds, or if they do it’s after 3-4 months. Live chat with AI is ridiculous, when AI simply doesn’t understand the problem and can’t solve it, keeps asking same question and giving same answer. It was waaay better when it was Octoly, they used to solve problems faster and give extra credits. Skeepers s@cks, and it’s worse with every day

It seems solid in theory but unless your content is strictly beauty no personality and you have 1million + followers you won’t get approved for anything…

I love Skeepers. It gives me the opportunity to try out different products for my honest reviews and feedback that helps brands to develop better products. I love to try and review products from different companies and Skeepers is an ideal platform for me. I only wish I could get more credits so I’d be able to test more often and provide my honest feedback.
