Please fix this issue. I will gladly remove the poor review when my customer service ticket is resolved and the app functions as intended.

ipad app launches and gets stuck on splash screen and doesn’t do anything. lame.

The app does not work for me. Nor does the Apple TV app. They worked for the last few seasons, but no longer work for ‘24/‘25. I emailed and was told to use a browser.

App is complete garbage. They charge you and then won’t let you login if you sign up using your google credentials. Waste of money. Stay away!

Where to start: no ability to create a new login? Can’t reset old password? Uses some weird videoflow.io credentialing? Feels like a 9 year old without much in the way of coding experience designed this. Scrap it and start over with some real developers.

Login button does not work on iPhone or AppleTV apps. I have a subscription, but cannot watch any races. I had to got back to using the web browser on my iPhone and AirPlay to my TV.

Whilst I appreciate being able to see most (not nearly all) skiing this app needs a lot of work. It’s glitchy at best, rarely allows for a smooth login, and the interface is childish. Given that this is really the only way (outside of a vpn) to watch World Cup ski racing, you’d think the owners would take a little more pride in it.

Have to use the web browser. Login doesn’t work

I have paid for a subscription but the app has an issue logging in. I have had to go back to the web browser. Once this is fixed I imagine the app will be great.

This has to be one of the worst apps I have ever used. Get an error to at loading failed, try later. Really helpful, NOT! When it worked last year, had to login almost every time I wanted to watch something, and just the login process barely works, when the app actually loads.
