My wife could not get a Visa in time, so we had to cancel. I had insurance on the tickets, but since I am not dead or enrolled into the army, I got nothing. I sold the tickets with a 60% discount because the QR code was released 2 days before the event. So with 0 consideration for my situation I sadly one star this app. I’ve lost a lot of time checking useless insurance agreement details and online FAQs. And I also lost 60 British pounds. At this point all I can be happy about is that they didn’t just rob money from my card directly. Thanks for my scepticism in apps in general, I bought other tickets for another day of the same event through SEE tickets. I managed to sell those because I got my QR codes on time. From now on, I will always prefer See Tickets to Skiddle.

Buying tickets on line
It has taken me over 10 minutes to buy the last batch of tickets from you. I intially was trying to buy the. From the venue saw it was Skiddle, I couldn’t remember my password created a new one then logged in via the site for tickets it went into a loop where I would log in then it asked for my password. I then remembered I had the Skiddle app and had another few minutes going through the password reset routine. Not an easy purchase at all .
