I love getting this service free from my employer, by two years between updates is too long. You need to 1) fix bookmarks so they actually take you back to the page you were reading, and 2) fix syncing between devices. Currently, opening a book I was just reading, even on the same device, always opens to page one of the book I’m reading. This is just disappointing.
What a crappy app/website combo this is. Developers must have been drunk when they designed it. Click forgot password and it’s asking me to login.

Work great online. Still not work for offline mode even books and courses are downloaded. The app insists to connect to either cellular or Wi-Fi in order to show the downloaded contents. Removed and reinstalled the latest version, disappointed. When this problem is fixed? Thank you,

Consistent crashing at the end of each test. Making it difficult to complete your test and getting stuck and frustrated on every video.
Please add accessibility and highlighting/annotation features to ebooks. As is the app is not friendly for visually impaired people.
I greatly appreciate the range and quality of the materials available through Skillsoft. I'm relying on them now that ACM and O'Reilly have parted ways -- and I suspect that their app will get a LOT more traffic from July 1, 2022 onwards (when ACM members no longer have access to O'Reilly). And, so, I am pleading with the powers-that-be who decide how much money and how many resources the app gets: PLEASE be generous to this app development team! Your brand is about to get much more attention and this app is one of the main points of contact with your customer base.
If you’re currently enrolled at Purdue global university this app will not work as of 2/2/22. You’ll be able to login and see the books in there but you won’t be able to use the app just a web browser in the app that is supposed to be there for signing in but won’t.
