Before money was ever introduced into the equation, people traded their skills and talents through a bartering system. This way, everyone got what they needed, coming up with fair trades and putting their education and professional abilities to good use. A much more direct way of doing things, the bartering system led to clean and smooth transactions. It worked. Eventually, however, we introduced the currency variable and complicated everything.
With the Skillz mobile app, we are encouraging users to revert back to the old way of doing things. Our app facilitates money-free bartering, making it simple for find the services they need and to offer their skills and talents to others.
Our target demographic includes new college graduates, established professionals, and entrepreneurs. Whatever need you have, we aim to fill it with Skillz, creating new working relationships and even helping people to find potential mentors.
