why i can play in all cash games. it been a week i guess …

I cannot play anymore cash games when I complaint about their games crashing.

Save your money. This is a terrible experience and a worse scam. As bad as it gets

When I cashed out they for some reason insisted on sending part of it to me as a check. When it finally arrived long after I’d cashed out, I can’t even get either of my two banks to accept it.

Their % $ of each match in each game is pure greed. Make money, don’t be greedy

Very clearly support LGBT + Games/Fun can not be on the same level or do both way:)make points for traditional players :)

I would not recommend this app. Someone hacked my account and changed my information. When trying to fix it, Idid a reset password to text a code to my phone. I got the text and entered the code and still could not reset the password. I sent the request to my email and never got the email. Beware, will never use Skillz again.

Did enjoy solitaire and bubble match until the pop ups started on play screen. $6 matches CONSTANTLY pop up and if you are in the middle of doing something (you will be) and your finger touches it, you just bought yourself a $6 match with no way to get out of it! Happened to me a few times, $18 spent by ACCIDENT!! Looking into different apps for these games if the pop ups continue, can’t afford this one!

I recently had Skillz close my account due to concerns about their practices. I find it problematic that they criticize other apps and engage in legal actions against them while simultaneously manipulating their own platform by removing profitable players from events and higher entry fee options. They only include 1-2 valuable cards in events, which promotes gambling behavior, leading players to potentially lose significant amounts of money. Their event algorithms seem designed to encourage users to chase their losses, and I know individuals who have lost over $100,000 on this app. Despite this, they are not legally required to warn users about gambling addiction risks, which is troubling. MANY of my friends had to take out loans to pay off their debt from skillz games. This app negatively impacted my life, though I eventually managed to recover my losses after a year. When I finally did profit, they dangle your withdrawal like a carrot for weeks until you cave and cancel it. It is PREDATORY. I am now pleased to have found a more comfortable and less addictive environment elsewhere. It's disappointing to see the CEO of Skillz prioritizing self-interest over the well-being and fairness of its users. Excluding people is not a good look. Nobody cares that other platforms use bots. It's really not that serious. Hopefully skillz can get their situation situated, but by the time they do I will no longer care. Best of luck to you all.

Lot of games and can all run through same account which is nice BUT. Heads up if you are thinking to play with real money… I made a deposit, played through till the bonus fully converted to cash, then I put in for a withdrawal. I got an email saying I would get my money in 4-6 weeks but I could always deposit more…. I went to deposit more and it doesn’t let me. Says I can’t deposit with a withdrawal pending. It’s been a week now and they still haven’t processed my withdrawal. When I try to take an offer it prompts me to cancel my withdrawal. They get money instantly- there’s no good reason to delay payout so much and refuse deposits the whole time. It makes no sense to me and if you don’t care about that, they are good games.. edit…they say reach out to support but when I do I get back the same form letter.. wait up to 6 weeks for a withdrawal. Meanwhile I am blocked from making a new deposit. It’s not a mistake, it’s their policy. 2 weeks now. I probably won’t deposit any more until they change their policies.
