I love shopping with you it’s a lovely experience so easy and the variety of clothing excellent the quality is always good the shipping is so fast all round good quality fair price can’t ask for more thank you.

i have placed an order for a few things got all of them except one. i had to email them in order for the things that have been delivered to be dispatched and still waiting on one thing. i have emailed them over 2 weeks ago with no reply about my missing item. Shocking

The app is not very efficient and a nuisance to navigate around. I have also received the same notification 14 times in 10 minutes about things in my wish list.

I love SD designs so much. I prefer to buy directly from them as other vendors will inevitably only have a few of the designs and it’s so much easier to go through them all on an an app for me rather than having 20+ browser tabs open. The app is intuitive & easy to use. Transaction was seamless with Apple Pay. And I love that I can favourite things until I can save up & afford them because I literally want to buy everything they sell! Their phone cases in particular are great, I only ever buy mine from them & the quality is great. So happy about this app.

Not sure why it just didn’t allow me to redeem vouchers using my loyalty points, talked to customer service buy didn’t get any response back

To actually send an inquiry or “chat” to someone, you need to go to faq, run a search then you get to send a message. Here you can send a personal query or complaint with attachments but there’s something wrong because you click to attach photos and there’s no “done” button to go back to your query page to finish and submit your query. A bit pointless. And customer services are very slow. Waiting for my refund a month after sending items back

I’m really impressed with the SkinnyDip app. For some reason the webpage is a little glitchy when I view the latest pieces, however, the app is fast, responsive and very easy to use. Great app!

Great app except can’t actually buy anything! Wouldn’t let me add an address for shipping, just came up with an error

The app is great! Very easy to navigate. I’m really pleased with my purchase, it arrived really quickly and they even sent a fun scratch card with a discount voucher for next time in☺️ will order again, definitely recommend!
