can you update this app? i can't even book an appointment on your website. it says to download this app. but this app keeps crashing 🥴

I booked through this app, but when I arrived at the San Pedro branch, they said my booking was not registered in their system. As a result, I wasted 2 hours waiting to be accommodated because another client was ahead of me, even though I had an appointment.

Di gumagana ung app. Di maayos. Kumbaga guide mo lang sya sa mga services na available pero sa totoo lang walang gamit. Di makapag book ng appointment.

Online booking is okay, but I cannot purchase services as the app crashes whenever I try to check out.

Waste of time to talk to someone to get an appointment just to be told you need an app to set an appointment... when I was already talking to someone who could have booked it right away. Couldn't even set it because I was told my number was already linked to an account when I've never made an account before. Says your address is optional but you need to write something down to continue anyway. Was annoyed every step of the way. Not everything needs to be digital because it's not convenient in any way at all, just takes up storage and hassles your customers.

You need to upgrade this app. It keeps on crashing no matter how much I reload. Particularly on the “Appointments” tab. Please do something about this.

Please fix it. I want to book an appointment :(

Pls remove the video ad it takes time to open the app and it’s annoying.

The app has a lot of features which make skinstation very accessible to customers. You can browse their offerings, promos, and nearest branches; you can also book appointments. However, the features won't just work at all! The app takes a while to load and will crash every time I checkout. At this point, it's exhausting to use and discouraging to buy. The app has so much potential but it needs so much fixing first ):
