Earbud connecting
Sucks that you aren’t able to connect Dime earbuds to the app at all. If possible please add more device options to connect.
No jib true
I have the jib true and cant connect them
Doesn’t connect
Got Indy ANC for birthday present. Fresh out of the box and simply just won’t connect to the app. I am able to add my buds but there is nothing else to it, probably because the firmware version is “0008” and the only way to update it is to get them connected to the app. The support page keeps refreshing and clearing the form information, and when finally I got everything written I press submit and it gives me captcha error prompt so nothing really went anywhere.. I guess I will have to keep an eye for app updates. The buds go straight to ANC mode which is kind of stupid since it uses more battery life and the only way change it is… through the app..
Crash
The app crashes when trying to connect to Indy Fuel Please fix your app Thanks! still crashing after the update...
The update made the app even worse
The app wouldn’t connect with my Evos before unless I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now it won’t even connect when I do that. Useless.
Sesh ANC will not connect
I bought a new pair of Sesh ANCs and they will not connect at all. I’ve given Bluetooth permissions, uninstalled/re-installed the app, turned devices on/off, and attempted pairing probably over 30 times and not once did it work. The earbuds themselves are great but this is a review of the app.
It won’t open
The app just shows the Logo and that’s it. It won’t load. I’ve tried deleting it and downloading it back on. I even fully turned off my phone and turned it back on again. What’s going on? It’s been like this for weeks now. I thought that maybe the app crashed and they would be updating it to fix a bug but nothing. I’ve seen so many bad reviews on here but I’ve had mine for years and I’ve always like them. But at this point I think I’ll start to look for something else. Especially since without the app I can’t connect my earbuds to my phones Bluetooth. It won’t show up at all.
App is garbage, headphones is good
The app sees my crusher anc 2 but just won’t connect at all. Deleted the app and reinstalled it, shut the head phones off and it didn’t even help.
Mala optimización
Compre los anc 2 directamente de su pagina y no emparejan, cuando emparejo los crusher evo la app se lagea va lenta.
