Is anyone ever going to fix / repair this app?

About time you fixed this app so that it worked.

Terrible app

Everytime I set a “bed time limit” on my son’s devices I have to do it about 6/7 times before it registers. Please sort this out Sky. I’m paying you stupid money every month !!

Just doesn’t work

Same problem as others have reported. Shows error message that hub is offline when it’s not. Useless. It domes with Broadband Boost (BB) product and tbh we only paid for BB to get this.

Doesn’t even load

So bad it must be intentional

I can’t even log in. Other internet providers have a simple parental control feature on the router access page. Sky have made it ridiculously complicated by creating an app that doesn’t even work at a basic level. Shame on Apple for allowing this on the App Store.

Does not work

Worked great at first then upgraded my broadband now doesn’t work, I set the timer for my sons wifi to go off on his Xbox and it didn’t he was still up playing on it till 2am when I finally woke up and realised 😡
