Didn’t get my item that I paid for

I paid for the cinnamon pop up but it’s been more than 12 hours and it’s still processing?? Support is not replying either. No one is solving the issue. Money spent on ads only. Worst experience in game. Not worth to play

Pricing of event items in game

For a player who doesn’t like to spend money in games the event items are super hard to cards because they cause over a 100 candles and candles are pretty hard to get I wish that they could lower the price of the event item if not lower the price of how much candles cost in real money so that it wld me more easily affordable for f2p players like myself

I have been playing Sky: COTL since August, and it has touched me in a way no other game has. It’s the evolution of the gameplay and the role I choose to take on in the game that has kept me coming back. I feel surprised by how thoughtful the gameplay design has been, and how the developers planned for this role evolution all along. As a new player, I found lots of veterans willing to guide me along and help me as I tried to complete challenging tasks. Now that I have grown as a player, I’m compelled to give back. I spend time explaining gameplay to new players, exploring with them, and sharing my love of the game with them. I love that items I have now not only help me, but also my friends and even acquaintances. I have met people from all over the world and I love how the barriers between us dissolve as we play together and cooperate. I hope this game lives on forever, as it is the only place that I can escape to that really embodies global cooperation and world peace. Let’s play together with compassion!
