App constantly logs you out

Can’t even open the app always an error code

Poor right from the start, video doorbell won’t link with wifi, tried many many times, had the router right next to the camera, bell etc - just goes through motions and ends up with try again messages. Also another indoor camera would have been more useful than a bunch of leek detectors.

Indoor camera only works in day light, pointless when burglars work in the dark. Motion sensors pointless It’s all a gimmick, we’ve disconnected all the gadgets and boxed them up.

Great idea but the doorbell isn’t loud enough to hear upstairs or even in another room, sky need to add a portable chime Keeps telling you to update the app but no update in App Store Too much background noise on the indoor camera to make the 2 way speech work Should add a Sd card so it can record all the time

It is really really bad it is like a poor BETA version. 1. You can’t talk and listen 2. I have to press my talk button wait 2 seconds, press again - at which point they have gone 3. To connect I have to have my chime part on a 25m cable to my router and in a porch so I can’t hear it 4. You cannot change the alert sound on your phone so it’s the same as everything else 5. Doesn’t connect to Alexa A WiFi doorbell is more effective and I’ve set my ring doorbell back up

Excellent value for the price & incredibly easy to set up

Loving the fact that the doorbell lasts over a week or two before I need to recharge it, my previous one I had to do it every few days.

This needs settings for camera quality and IR setting low, medium,high. This is why the battery doesn’t last!! The quality in day and night is to high.

The doorbell has to be recharged every4/5 days and that’s a real problem when you are away from home. Also it takes ages to charge!!! Difficult to get off the fitting to charge it!!! The camera in the living room picks up every car going past with lights on! Had to turn it off as notifications every few minute while away. So annoying. Not really impressed at all with this system at all to be honest. Wish I’d bought a Ring doorbell!
