Great job

Used for a few years and was happy with product. They said to upgrade to new app and nothing worked after that. Wife could no longer connect no matter how many times I invited her. Always an error. Half the motion recordings won’t play for some reason. No reply from customer service. Just bought a competitor and installing tomorrow.

why doesnt my skybell record or notify me when someone is at the door

The new Skybell app conversion was awful. Based on my experience I would not recommend Skybell

Went to migrate to the new version and it refused! Emailed and talked to people and they were useless so we bought the nest instead

Doesn’t record! Doesn’t do anything!!

The new Skybell app image appears dark and low resolution.

We used our Sky Bell with the Sky Bell HD app. It worked just fine. Recently, we got a notification saying that the old app was going to be discontinued and we had to switch to this one. For the most part, it works just fine… but notifications of any kind of activity in front of my door no longer are noticeable unless the phone is in my hand; basically just sends a soft chirp and buzz. The notifications were much more obvious to me with the previous app (I could hear and feel it with my phone in my pocket).
