App doesn’t work. Bought a return ticket, but QR code vanished after the outward trip. No receipts provided for business travellers. Cannot save SkyBus tickets in Apple/Google wallet, can only view in the app. App is not fit for purpose.

Still no apple wallet integration in 2024. Then after digging my wallet out of my suitcase there was an error and my payment couldn’t be processed. Also the timetables don’t recognize the date to know it’s a public holiday. If you can’t rely on the timetables or purchase tickets, what is the actual point of the app?

Tried to buy a ticket keeps saying cart invalid. How tf are we supposed to buy off your app if it doesnt let you? Wha cart? Whats invalid??? Just a one way city express to tullamarine. Frustrating. Ended up giving my money to Uber instead for same cost. Morons.

I have been caught trying to use a ticket in my wallet that was used weeks ago but still showing as valid, and also buying tickets in the app for them not to be there when I try to board. FIX IT!!!!

In the past I have used the app with no issues. Now, I keep getting a pop up saying “no internet “ I have checked other apps and webpages and they all work fine. It is very annoying.

This is the app you build when you have the market tied up and know your customers have few other choices. It’s not useless but you wouldn’t use it by choice.

Hi. On the app icon can you place a number of how many rides are available on the top right? Like if you have 6 in your ticket wallet, to indicate 6. As an alternative to create a widget with this information?

Good to have this on an app instead of carrying around the paper tickets around and risking losing them while travelling. But needs integration with Apple Pay so one doesn’t have to dig out and juggle credit cards while travelling. The credit card scan never works and I’ve always had to put details in twice before it is accepted by the app. I’ve also realised that this has never been updated in 3yrs despite responses to requests for Apple Pay around that time. Not sure why Skybus developed an app then completely ignored it.
