I am a frequent user of the platform, the service Skyscanner is providing is generally of a high quality and most of the times rated high by me. Nevertheless, some of the booking platforms used by Skyscanner like “Mytrip” have a very poor to disappointing after sales service. I have tried to rebook a ticket but after more than 40 minutes on the phone “my trip” simply said that rebooking was not possible!! No reason provided, no supervisor to speak too, no alternative (voucher or other) a simple refusal to change a 500 euro ticket.

Sincerely it used to be a really good priced web app, its getting ridiculously expensive when other sires are offering excellent pricing , and they do not change every timd u check the price, clients will buy when they feel is a good price , not when hpur tracking system tell them .. or when u constantly increase the prices by tracking the user's !!

Je conseille fortement cette application il y a de très bons filtres et permet d'avoir des voyages au prix les plus bas, le seul dommage c'est que l'application ne tiens pas compte des diverses taxes et supplément que chaque site propose, faite plusieurs simulations sur trois ou quatre sites d'achat en ligne avant de finaliser l'achat du billet car parfois on croit avoir choisi le moins cher mais avec tous les suppléments ils sont beaucoup plus cher de 5 à 15 % par rapport au prix annoncé😋 Patrick du Luxembourg 🇱🇺
