I don’t understand the bad reviews/issues. I was able to get a text and sign up in under 2 minutes using US number and cc. 4 stars as I haven’t made a journey yet, but everything seems straightforward and simple.

Honestly pretty glitchy. Seems like a very old app that no one is actively updating. I‘ve tried to add 3 different cards (1 debit and two mastercard), and it gets denied every time. Used the same „denied“ card to buy my ticket from the machine…makes the app unusable.

I was planning ahead for a trip in 2 weeks and wanted to see the price. Made the mistake of purchasing the tickets today and they expire today. This was not made clear in the app. I have applied for reimbursement and if I receive it I will change this review

Current as of Sept 2023, you cannot receive the SMS verification code while in Bergen with a US sim card. If you create/verify your account back home before coming to Norway, I imagine this app will work fine.

I don’t understand all of the one-star reviews. The registration process is simple—I used a a US phone number without issue—and adding your credit card payment details is straightforward.

Couldn’t verify US number

I’m order to link a card, you need to verify your phone number through SMS, which won’t work over WiFi.

Will not process credit card to allow you to pay for a ticket, which makes it impossible to use. I tried using a local phone number as well as my US number, neither worked.

Excellent app! Works for any foreign visitor; just change the country code and your phone number works! Really helped us get around and I bet they’ll add iWatch functionality soon!

You have to have a Norwegian phone number in order to use the app. Useless for foreign visitors.
