App glitches are not minor
Update: It happened again, got logged out (no iOS or app updates had happened), can’t log back in, no access to *content that I’m paying for*. Same on iPad BTW. I had stopped Slate Plus over a year ago because the app drove me crazy. You’re paying a subscription but then can’t access the content. I restarted the subscription last week and lo and behold, the problems are still there. I get constantly logged out and can’t log back in due to an “error”, so no access to the content in the app. And yes, I’ve done all the usual things, short of restoring the iPhone because that’s insane and I won’t go through that for one app. So please, fix it!
