I have attempted to create an account in the Sleekpoint app so I can control my diffuser approximately 30 times. The app will not send me a code to create an account. I have attempted to contact Airversa via their chat link for help with no response. The diffuser does not have any buttons/knobs to control it. Without the app it’s just a hunk of useless plastic. Very frustrating. I’m sending it back tomorrow.
I’ve added my diffuser multiple times and still can’t see them on my home page. I have to keep hitting the + just to control them. App needs work so it’s moreuser friendly and keep the product we add to the home page.

Hello, I just installed the Thorbolt doorknob and can’t disable the Auto-Lock feature in the Sleek app. I will control the knob primarily through the Apple Home app. Please advise
I wanted to use this app and had high hopes to do so, but it won’t let me create an account due to my password not meeting criteria. 2-50 characters is a wide range to meet and I’m not inputting a single value. Yes I’m using unique characters but that’s what makes a password stronger! Please fix this.
At least with the Airversa air purifier this app is rock solid. I don’t have any of the other products this app supports so I can’t say for any other hardware.
Useless app. The scent machine I got has QR codes to download this app. When I click the green plus sign, my device type is not there. No way to adjust it. Starting to feel like this is a setup for them to get your info to sell.
I would rate this app higher if there was a tablet version. Most smart homes are run on ipad/tablets. The products are good and work as designed with this app.
How am I supposed to use this app when I can’t even create an account? No matter what I’ve tried, I always get the same error: “The password must be between 2 and 50 characters long.” I’ve tried short passwords, long passwords, symbols, no symbols, numbers, no numbers — nothing works. Quality control is nonexistent here.
Can’t sign up for an account (won’t send code) and can’t skip. Totally useless at the moment unfortunately. Will update review if it starts working!
