every evening since two and a half weeks, I listen to this wonderful hypnosis/meditation, and i love it. Erick Brown has a wonderful voice, calm and gentle. it takes less than the induction to relax me completely! five STARS, would be ten :-D thank you, my favourite App!
Great program. I have had a hard time sleeping. Since listening to Eric Brown I go to bed earlier and sleep through the night. I am into my 2nd week. Love it.
I wish this app would stop closing every time I try to edit my playlist. Fix the bugs for a better review! Been using this for years, and now I can’t make a playlist?! ETA It now will let me make one, so I will raise my rating. Edited 12/02/19 Also, I have several of them I listen to at night. I started listening to past life regression, and started having flashbacks of my actual past as a child I had forgotten. Certain things came back in literally instant flashes, and some things good, some things not so good, so I’m pretty sure this works. I stopped listening to that one, and just made a new playlist. It can be triggering, but I give it an A+ for working. I never thought I’d remember stuff from when I was little. I blocked a lot out.
Volume levels not the same for different tracks - this is a big distraction.
We’ve loaded several back to back and listen to them practically every night. Beautiful messaging. We miss the crickets as a background option though!
No only are the in-app purchases no longer accessible, some are more expensive than they are when you purchase individually from the App Store! Since the RESTORE function within this update does NOT work, the purchases are USELESS! Seriously consider a different app...😡

Since I’ve been using this, my sleep cycle tracker indicates I’ve been spending more and more time in deep sleep rather than in the lightest stages of sleep (where I used to be). I’ve been feeling better about my sleep!
I always relax and fall asleep right at the same part every time! It's the best one I've found.
