Doesn’t cost money when you download. Has a range of different sounds that you can play continually and you can even play two sounds together. Has helped me sleep whilst wearing my Bluetooth speaker headband it definitely cancels out all noises. Even can’t hear my snoring partner beside me.

This app helps me sleep and helps me keep my mind of things I’m having problems with and YES I will highly recommend it! Use it if you have problems sleeping or if you need to take your mind of things you are having trouble with or just use it to keep you calm because it helps me to be calm when I get mad and yes you can use it if you have ADHD because I do and my ADHD id just a mild form of it but when it’s to quiet I need some kind of sound going on or if it’s to loud I need it to be quiet but if you have ADHD and you have a mild form like me I recommend the app!
