Sleep is a sequence of several cycles, each lasting 1.5 hours. A good night sleep consists of 5-6 complete cycles. If you wake up in the middle of the cycle, you feel groggy and exhausted. Therefore, to feel refreshed and alert, it is important to wake up between cycles.
Sleep Timer counts sleep cycles, taking into account the average time needed for a person to fall asleep (it is 14 minutes). With this app, you can find out when to go to bed, if you need to wake up at a certain time or when to wake up if you go to sleep right now. Then, in just one click, you can set up an alarm to wake up at the right time.

Sleep Timer contains subscription plans for its own Premium and the Growth Bundle - both of which are optional annual subscriptions. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, for the chosen plan's price. Flaw in using app alarm

I really like the concept of this app, but the fact that you have to put your phone on loud for the alarm to work is not thought out properly. During the night, people usually like to have their phone on silent. This app would be 5 stars if the user could keep their phone on silent or do not disturb while using the alarm.

It doesn’t record sleep

This app makes you set an alarm, but doesn’t record your night. But tells you that you woke up feeling good and had 100% good quality. I woke up at 5 am and got out of bed then. It’s telling me I woke at 8 am now and slept great… it’s a cheap alarm clock that you have to un silence your phone to use. It does not link with the other apps they recommend you DL.

Циклы сна не рассчитывает, раздел с атмосферными звуками не работает совсем. Для чего оно нужно непонятно. Жалею потраченных денег

Раньше все работало без нареканий (у меня бесплатная версия). Сейчас же… уже 3 раза будильник просто не срабатывал. Благо, мне никуда не надо было.Сегодня, вот, один раз издал короткий звук и все. Решайте проблему.

Купила приложение, а будильник за весь месяц ни разу не прозвенел, звонит только когда экран разблокирован. А так только пишет сообщения. Настройки и звук, все проверяла. А купила платную версию зачем-то.

Я так и не разобрался как сделать так чтобы он просто звенел в одно время . Когда настраиваешь на промежуточное время он звенит, когда ставишь на конкретное время, он звенит через раз
