I love my dockpro, but the app is borderline trash. When it works, it works great…this issue is how often it doesn’t work.

I purchased the tracker and cannot get the readings. I contacted customer service and they said to go to the website. The we site transfers you back to the app. The app doesn’t give you to option to upgrade to sleepme +. Customer service won’t help beyond that one line and that don’t call back. Waste of money

First one I bought died. I sent it in. They sent a new one. It died in 3 weeks and I gave up. Didn’t even try to get money back. 4 years later I decided to try getting the latest version and I had to factory reset it 3 times while setting it up for the first time and now it turns on every day without me asking it and just today it’s out of water after using it 3 times. What in the world.

Thanks to this app, great sleep is accessible, every single night!

Difficult to change

I had a chili cube for about seven years, and then got another one when it didn’t work and that one lasted for another seven years but shorted out. I have the dock system now and it’s wonderful to be able to program it. it’s much quieter than the old system. It fits under my bed which is what the cube one didn’t do. it is expensive so I hope it lasts at least seven years.

Not sure how this app has such good reviews. The most important function - controlling the dock - is absolute garbage.

The big problem with this app is that you cannot access any of the functionality without an account. Only a week after I bought my sleep doc Pro, there was an issue with the sleepme servers and my account. I was not able to access my sleep tracker or the sleep dock due to this server issue. With the Ooler app you can still make use of the Bluetooth functionality even without an account.
