I was thoroughly enjoying reading about my sleep data in the SleepOn app. Then I went to check through another app and realized this is not syncing to HealthKit. Why is this basic functionality absent? It is a standard feature for sleep and health tracking products to work cross-functionally via HealthKit with other apps. I would have given a five star rating but without HealthKit integration this product is a one star product. This should be fixed asap in your next update.

Forced to upgrade to sleep on three. The original sleep on app will not sync with the device. Now the device syncs with sleep on three but sleep on three doesn’t sync with Apple health. Why forced an upgrade just to make it impossible to use the data being tracked?

I have had this device several weeks now and it has yet to work properly. I’ll get some data one day then nothing again. There is no one to talk to except Feedback and they definitely do not understand English. There is no way to get a refund for this defective device. Don’t buy it.

Most mornings I keep refreshing the app or opening and closing it and the data just never syncs. Other times it seems wildly inaccurate (ie knowing I slept poorly and work up often while it tells me I slept great). Sometimes I test it’s precision by using two other sleep trackers (Fitbit and garmin) and this tracker will be wildly different from those two. I just can’t trust it.

Just so ridiculous. Even the actual time is wrong. It shows “real time” heart rate and oxygen, ups and downs , when im Not wearing the ring????!!!!!!can not trust. Waste of money

Title says it all. Won’t even connect most nights. Going back to the 2

New version is not as good as the original. I have to keep in syncing the ring to the phone. I hope you are working on a firmware upgrade and for the app also.

I have been using the finger tip device for a long while and liked it. I upgraded to the 3.0 device about a month ago. It was working fine until the new iOS update. Now I get a “network connection error “ when I try to connect to the app. They said to uninstall and reinstall the app, which I tried several times. No luck. The device is useless and a total waste of my money. UPDATE: about two weeks after the last iOS update, the app started working again. It has worked fine since and I am very pleased with it now. The only section of the app that doesn’t work is the blood glucose testing. It will do the test, but doesn’t save the results.

Where are the professional displays? I see them listed but where is the app to display parameters professionally? By the way: Screen shot upload does not work. Where is my professional charts I need to know so can see what happens each day or night I need those charts just a simple bar does not do it for me. i’ve included a sample of what I need.
