Nunca sirvió, dos noches la dejé sobre el Buró boca arriba tal cual indica y al siguiente día como Si no hubiera hecho nada. Una basura. Además siguen mandando sus push notifications con correos spam.
Lo coloqué sobre una superficie fija frente a mi y pude notar que efectivamente se grafican picos y valles al ritmo e instante que inhalo y exhalo, sin afectarle el ruido de la TV que había en ese momento. Parece que la app aprovecha el efecto doppler. Coincidió mucho con mi reloj Garmin Vivoactive 3 la primer noche, LIGHT 4:02, 3:52 ; REM 2:09, 1:50 ; DEEP 1:00, 1:19. Lo uso como complemento a mi reloj Garmin ya que no trae Smart Alarm para levantarte justo en el momento de sueño ligero (cuando te mueves un poco).
No entiendo mucho por no haber una opción de ponerlo en español y sacarle mejor provecho . Debería de haber la opción de ponerlo en español Gracias

This is my third (?) review of this app mainly because there seems to be no other way to contact customer service. I recently decided to upgrade to the premium subscription but honestly see no difference in the information I was getting in the free version. Except that it allows me to access previous week’s data. In the examples it shows access to breathing rate information but mine shows absolutely nothing for this metric. I continue to advocate for a reanalyze sleep option. Sometimes I wake briefly earlier than my alarm but usually always go back to a light sleep before fully waking for the day when my alarm goes off—but I never get credit for that 20-30 mins. The app has good information and analytics but unless a few changes are made, I will go back to the free version
Hi Developers! I just got this app yesterday and I’ve used it for the first night to track my sleep. I loved everything that came with the app so far with the different modes of being able to see what sleep stage you were in and the alarm was the easiest, I’ve woken up in my life because the app chose to wake me up. When I wasn’t late sleep I liked all of that and the bass features are great. The only issue I had with this app was that I was required to charge my phone in order for it to start tracking me. I am an avid phone battery saver and I know that it is better to not charge your phone overnight, so I was wondering if there would be an option to not have to keep your phone plugged in overnight or if that might be a possibility in the future as I would love to use this app every night, but would not want to deal with charging my phone. I’ve been using it for 2 nights. The first night it worked fine. But when I when I finished the tracking for the second night it immediately kicked me out of the app. When I got back in to check my data it said “insufficient data from tracker” even though I had been tracking all night just how they told me. This is something you much fix. Or your app is pretty much useless.
Unfortunately I won’t be able to use this app. The sonar sound is piercing and I can’t handle the sound. I saw that it’s not super common for people to hear it but I guess I’m one of those people. Big bummer :( it’s a really cool idea and way to track sleep but it just won’t be an option for me.
The latest version of the app has a new feature, meditations, which are quite good when i tried them. “Sleep Sounds” which i used for years, works less well than it used to, so i stopped using it. But i still give it a definite thumbs up in spite of a few small complaints about this app which has been under development for several years, and really lets you monitor your sleep with considerable accuracy.
