Very nice and professional program. TIP. Try breathing 3-4 times, heavy breaths the first 5 - 10 minutes, when you start listening to this. Breath about every 2-3 minutes, 3-4 times, then breath as usual. You "MIGHT" wan't to take 3-4 breaths whilst listening to this also. Every now and then. It is "YOUR" choice if you wan't to keep the breath from "JUST" a deep breath, to a deep breath and holding it for 5-10 seconds. You should "MIX" the holding a breath to just taking a deep breath, within the 3-4 breath's. Your brain get's more oxygen by doing so, and therefore this program should be a "BIT" more effective. You "MIGHT" wan't to tension the muscles you "CAN" while "STARTING / WHILST" listening to this program, about 2-3 times, and breath calm and deep. Tension about 10-15 seconds at a time, lying down on a bed or a sofa or just standing up. About 80-90% of full strength. Tension all the muscles you can 1-3 times, keeping apart only 2-3 minutes. Good luck all!

Great app!
Keeps Crashing
For the most part, this has been a good app. But lately, not so much. Everytime I try to restore my downloads, it crashes. So all I have now are the original factory settings.
Cuts out
If you’re looking for a noise generator for *sleeping, this is not the one. Though capable of good mixes, customizing, tuneability and general use (alertness?), it cannot sustain sleep for some reason. Different channels in its blend will cut out for brief periods (under a second) and the startling effect will invariably wake me! Not good. Is there another use that will override this fault? Not for this paid user!
Dependable for sleep tinnitus
I have crazy tinnitus that is distracting in a quiet room. The sleep ones in brown noise. I played around and found the right sounds for me to blend out my pitches. Very happy with this app.
