Exactly what I needed…
I needed a simple way to determine my toddler’s sleep average. Every other app has too many bells and whistles. This is all I needed. And truly free. Thank you!

This is great!! A sleep app that just records my sleep schedule without the fancy recording of your noise/talking in your sleep ( I really don’t care about any of that- this app is the only one I can find without it all ) 👍just a simple app that lets you know how long your sleeping and done. It’s great ( the only draw back is I have to actually remember to hit the sleep button before I actually fall sleep 🤔sometimes it’s hard for me to actually fall sleep that’s why I using this app) but why is this whole thing in military time?? I wish there was a way to “ edit” the clock so it’s easier to read. 🤷♀️
I wish I could change time format to am/pm and export data to CSV but this is just what I need to track my sleep. The ability to see my sleep patterns and history.
Simplicity! Perfect! Exactly what I’ve been looking for. So tired of the sleep apps that require you to place it on your bed next to your head or MUST press the timer button to track it. I love that this app lets you quickly put in your sleep hours by yourself and edit it without having to do some sleep analysis crap. Finally something simple with a nice display of your hours all on one page to look at. No extra steps or battery draining trackers. I can write the number of hours I slept myself thank you because I remember them, but just wanted to look at it over time in a simple app. Thank you <3
In reference to the reviewer who said can’t see wake button, in iOS you must add sleep as a widget. It doesn’t automatically load as one of your widgets.
Tap sleep at night but in the morning there is no awake to tap. Do not recommend.
This is not a sleep tracker at all. It's a button you push when you go to sleep and a button you push when you wake up. That's it! It's a calculator at best, all it does is do the math on how much time went between the two button pushes.
Don't bother
While the app is free, like someone said previously, it is just a timer. It doesn't use the sensors in iPhone or Apple Watch to detect or estimate sleep quality or duration. I was excited at first that the interface was so simple, but that is the only good thing about it. App hasn't been updated in months for watchOS 3 :(
This is not a sleep app. It's nothing but a timer. You tap it when you go to sleep and again when you get up.... and all it tells you is how much time elapsed between those two events. No sleep data, not stats, nothing. Just a timer that you turn on when you go to bed and turn off when you wake up. I could have slept like a baby or paced the floors all night and the result would have been the same... 7 hours elapsed between when I turned it on and turned it off. What a joke. This is the most pointless app I've encountered in.... ever.
