Despite multiple attempts to connect our iPhones, I have been unable to do so.
App working again after they renewed their site certificate.
The tracker gets some data, & sometimes incorrect completely. It thinks I’m not in my bed at all, when I’m laying in it at the moment. And other times it matches very closely to my fit bit sleep data. Fit bits are spot on, so if you want better data, use that type of device.
Love the App seems pretty accurate, but the time is always a hour off. My time I fell a sleep is a hour behind my actual time and the rise time is a hour behind also. Is I go to edit sleep recording the times are correct but on the main page it’s always a hour behind on both times…Anyone know how to fix this
Have used this app for years. Sleep timing & quality are key parts of living well. This helps track and what we track we can change or maintain our good habits.
I still don’t understand how this amazing sleep recorder works from under my deep mattress but it is so accurate and informative!
In the last week this has stopped working. I cannot access new sleep reports, and the app says the system is under maintenance every day.
8/9/22 - An update is needed. I cannot open the app. Last night I had to sign in like I was setting up a new account. Please fix!!! 7/6/20 - The remote on the app is not working. Everything else works and everything is connected. Please fix this issue. 12/22/19 - Thanks for fixing the time to sleep metric😀 11/19/19 - Will the metric for “time to sleep” ever be fixed? Is it just my tracker that is incorrect or is it universal? This tracker is good but, it really bothers me that this one metric is off😩 3/31/19 - The metric for time to sleep is still incorrect. When time to sleep decreases the down arrow should be green not red; when time to sleep increases the up arrow should be red not green. Is anyone looking into this? 12/30/18 - This is in reference to the time it takes to fall asleep field in the sleep analysis report from my sleeptracker: I don’t understand why the down arrow is red when my time to fall asleep decreased compared to the prior night. The arrow should be green when the time decreases and red if the time to fall asleep increased. Please explain. Thanks 3/16/18 - My phone disconnects from the smartbed every other day, not sure why. The issue is not any of the items listed in the trouble shooting section of the app. I have to turn the tracker off and back on for my phone (iOS)to reconnect. To have to do this so often is the problem. However, I really like the app and the sleeptracker. I just wish there was a solution to keep my phone connected because if the phone is not connected you cannot use the in app remote. This is a great app but, I’m not sure how accurate it is. It does not always show when we actually get out the bed in the middle of the night. Also, something happens around the 18th - 19th of the month, the system does not work. Your sleep is not recorded and you cannot add your sleep. Been using this app since Sept. 2017, we had issue 9/18 & 10/18 and now today 11/19 our tracker is completely out. If theses issues can be resolved, this will be the best sleep app around. There are steps to try to get it up & running, just takes up your time. The customer service is great but time consuming. 8/9/19 - Another metric is not working. Today I went to sleep and woke up within my sleep goal and the range bar was gray instead of green. This has happen several times. The time to sleep metric is still not working correctly.
I was skeptical several years back as this system and app was included in my bed purchase. But I’m a believer and surprised how accurate it is. Is it perfect?… I’m not saying that but I find it amazingly good and it is helpfully insightful to my sleep quality. I use its information almost daily. 👍🏻
Can’t keep a connection to the computer. It automatically connects every 100 to 120 days. Horrible.
