I got the results which were not really accurate on many nights. First, I love rolling on the bed after I wake up in most of my morning. This app is still tracking my sleep. Secondly, I was not even go to the bed such as the 2nd Jan’s night. It counted my sleep since 7pm+ (I actually watched movie in the cinema), my real time sleep was around 11pm+ May I know how this app evaluate my soft/deep sleep exactly? Is that track by my heart rate or my gesture? Kindly let me know.
