I purchased all the e books and now I can’t access the app - just keeps saying oops something went wrong. These books weren’t cheap. $59 each. Either refund me for not being able to access these or give me access to the books.

I bought the program just before they made the app, when their Facebook “village” was actually helpful and they genuinely seemed to care about mums. Their Facebook community is actually what encouraged me to buy it because I was a new mum and it was isolating AF being sleep deprived with a baby that had zero chill. Now it takes up to 2 weeks, sometimes longer, for them to even approve a post because they have this app and they want you to pay more money. I’m on maternity leave and can barely afford to see a gp when I feel sick, so now with a new baby I’m back to being sleep deprived and alone. Thanks ladies ✌️

While the info and support is really good and has been a massive help (when I’ve been able to access that is) the app itself is terrible. The app is constantly glitching or not working at all. And when your paying $15 per month and not being able to access it’s extremely frustrating. I know $15 a month doesn’t sound like much but imagine your Netflix only worked for half the month you paid, you’d be annoyed.

App is always crashing and always logging me out.

I love this app so much! The forum is a wonderful feature where you can ask as many sleepy questions as you need! I have asked hundreds of questions and had an answer within a day. It has helped me get my baby on track and sleeping in his own room by 4 months. He settles himself and for the most part is now a good sleeper. Before this app, my baby was waking constantly and I didn’t realise how little tweaks and changes that the girls recommended could make such a positive difference. I love how they troubleshoot - no more 5 am wake ups thank goodness! Definitely worth every penny and I’ve already recommended to many mum friends!

Purchased the 12-24 months, in the last 3 months when I try to access it the file, a couple of times, the app has tried to charge me another $59.99! Won’t let me view the program!

I want to say THANKYOU. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You’ve honestly changed my life - I’m a better Mum, partner and person because of this app and the support I’ve received in less than a week. The support has been minimal but enough to have made a huge impact! I will shout out far and wide how much I preach your assistance and guidance 🫶🏼

I wasn’t sure how beneficial the forum would be at first but I highly recommend it! It’s like having your own personal sleep consultant to answer any questions you have. I always get a bang on response within 24hours & never feel like my questions are silly or too frequent. This is my first recommendation for anyone struggling with their baby’s sleep! And the best bit is you can cancel anytime, I’m finding I always ending up coming back though, babies are hard work 😅
