After deleting the App, it automatically pay for one year and I didn’t know. Please be careful to cancel the subscription when you delete it...

Can’t open the apps after install 5 days.

I like the app as theoretically it has ALMOST everything that I’d want - so much so that I almost subscribed. However, the smart wake up seemed to always wake me up too early, whether using the microphone or accelerometer in the correct placement. This led to way more sleep inertia than desired. Here’s what feature I would add to greatly improve the app, and, if you added it I would be forever sold: a light alarm WITH a smart wake up, where the app would sense the lighter phase of sleep THEN turn on a gradually increasing backlight (and possible flashlight). It’s how our bodies are supposed to naturally wake up. No one else in the app market does this, and it would be super helpful.

I choose this one over others due to the HUD being nice to look at and understandable to use. This is very saddening as this is almost a perfect app, I just want to listen to my sleep recordings, please. The subscription is too much for too little( even if you added more I wouldn't purchase it)

Twice I was late to work because the alarm did not go off on time.

Renewed and charged me when I had tried to cancel - now no way to get out of it without emailing customer service?!

It worked for the first week the second week didn’t even track any of my recordings at all. It’s not worth the money. It’s a piece of garbage it’s a shame. You can’t get your money back, but I’m not renewing it. I’m canceling it. It’s a shame that I did it for a year. I should’ve did it for a month by month basis it started out beautiful but now it’s not doing anything last night the app turned off all by itself sent me a message that I have to keep the app open which is ridiculous because it was open when I went to bed your not supposed to be on the phone at night I didn’t even get the message until I woke up in the morning. I have the new iPhone 16 pro max which I keep up to date every month. Even the app updated 2 days ago it’s not working I think they need to update it again!!!!!

The alarm won’t sound and I’ll wake up hours later to a million notifications from this app.
