App will not let me arrange my photos in the order I select for my presentation.

I made a video before I turned 21 for my grandfather, it was very simple and easy to make took about 10 minutes

Would give 0 if I could
Tried creating an end of the year slideshow twice and the app crashed both times. An hour wasted.
Slide show
I cannot get the slide show to add music. It just keeps spinning. I paid for a year subscription, but will be canceling if I can’t get it to add music. Right now I would give a minus one star. If it will let me add music I’ll update.
Can’t edit pics
Cuts off part of your picture and can’t find a way to adjust them.
