New member and cannot log on. Not a good system.

It takes a long time to figure out how to get to the family swim booking form, the app resets itself every time I go in so I constantly have to login and re enter the right location and go through the process of looking for the activity which is not straight forward. It would have been beneficial to have had the access to booking sessions through the main menu drop down.

Easy to use and quite intuitive.

Classes great but gents changing rooms poor. Usually messed up in some shape or form. They seldom look or smell clean and with the window always open it’s freezing in there. It’s pot luck as you whether you get hot water if you do risk taking a shower.

1) don’t download this app. It’s useless. 2) don’t join their membership. It’s so complicated and just stupid

Please sort this out.

Since latest update on 1st-2nd October it still Works on my iphone, but now doesn’t work on my girlfriends slightly older iphone 🙄😤

This app is constantly kicking you out when you try to book.

The app crashes every time I select a session to book. ☹️
