Haven’t been on it long enough to know what it’s like yet but so far it’s ok

I have tried this app twice over the past two years and I get stuck on the login loading screen

The search function blows. It’ll only show me up 15 miles of profiles no matter what I put into the search parameters.

Stuck in login page, won’t do anything, deleted and installed again several time and still nothing

Downloaded the app a while back. User friendly and everything worked fine in my old phone. I’d rate it higher, but some functions don’t work well (or at all) in my new iPhone 15pro. But, still…a good app. Just needs some tweaking.

It’s about time for another update to the app, it’s been a year. The app still does not work properly showing everyone that has viewed you, the app only shows what singles have viewed your profile, not couples. I have sent in numerous tickets on the issue for the past 2-3 years and it’s yet to be resolved.

You all really need to keep us with the technological progression. Your membership base relies on my engagement as opposed to being stationary at a laptop. Your mobile app is one of the worst I have experienced. It’s complicated, not intuitive and simply does not work. Disappointing

The account doesn’t allow for you to use any services, such as messaging (including if someone messages you) and simply says you need a premium account to even check the messages you get. For either $25 a month or $200 for a lifetime subscription the price tag is STEEP and this is pertinent information that would have avoided us wasting time before even trying the account. Don’t expect any sort of temporary access either as there isn’t one. I can’t even say if this app is any good because you can’t see if the users are real or not as you can’t interact with anyone if you didn’t pay.

Just feels like so much more out there

Couldn’t sign up and finally gave up after getting “Username is taken” on the sign up page… After about 30 different tries with some words even completely made up… There’s no way all of the names that I tried were already taken..
