Love love looooove the workout
I’ll say it again I love love looooove the workout. Nothing makes you sore in places that you never knew existed. In regards to the app- there should be an option to favorite your instructors so you can follow them to the different locations. Although I do feel the burn with every instructor, there are some that make you laugh cry laugh again during the class that makes the pain enjoyable.
Love SLT!
I love SLT—it really helped with my hip issues—and the ease of booking from the app. The one thing I wish the app had was bookmarking so that people could tag the classes they want to take and they can more easily and efficiently book them on Tuesdays at 1. Other workout apps have this feature and it is super helpful!
The very best!
SLT , the workout , the people and environment has added so much to my life physically as well as emotionally . After a very active and athletic life I had beaten my body up to the point that I was in constant pain and could no longer be as active as I wanted. That all changed when I started doing SLT 10 years ago. The workout is by far the best full body workout I’ve even seen, tried . I am stronger , feel better and in better shape at 62 than I have been since my 20’s. Thank you to Amanda and all the incredible staff and instructors .
They Don’t Want You to Contact Them
I made a payment, you can see it on the app, and it hit my credit card, and yet the app doesn’t recognize that I have credits and so I can’t schedule a class. There is no way on the app to reach out to the developer or anyone at SLT about technical issues with the app. There is no contact information on the app, so I can’t even call or email the studio from the app. I had to go to yelp to get that information. This app is fine as long as you never have a problem or actually need to contact a human being.
New booking system
Love the new booking system- so easy!!
Only has short hills and Raleigh locations as options
This doesn’t seem like it’s the “app for New York City” as the only options for home studios I could pick are Raleigh and Short Hills. 🤷🏻♀️
