It crashes within seconds of opening. Deleted and reinstalled: no change.

App won’t load. It keeps shutting the app down after every attempt of using it.

Since the update 1 week ago, this app crashes on my iPhone when I go to click local battery monitoring. Can we have the old version back please?

Every time I close the app down typically at night and the SOC is 100% , the next day the SOC has gone down to 70% but the battery is actually fully charged! I am unable to change the time to sleep from 14400 seconds to always on. I think when it goes to sleep it somehow corrupts the SOC readout. Please fix this or at least inform me how to set the Bluetooth to always on.

No data shown despite a connection via Bluetooth. Seems to be a common issue. Please resolve 🙏🏻

Latest version does not work with parallel batteries, did before, this is a terrible app!

I’m using the app with an iPhone 2020SE. Integration with this particular iPhone is not 100% with text in places being cut off etc. However, basic functionality is satisfactory (once you figure out the password to access the deeper settings is 123456) and parameters such as maximum current for discharge and charge and various other cell level settings are easily achievable. I found one cable that I had (with type C plug at each end) was not very reliable and caused the display that I got with my Sunbang lithium ion battery pack to malfunction. As ever with these Chinese–originating devices, a proper user manual is non-existent and support generally pretty awful. Such a shame as it’s actually quite a capable system, in my opinion.

old version worked fine but new one finds my battery but wont connect and show any data rubbish, now been told i have to send my battery back to look at the problem 🤷‍♂️its the app

Repetitively looses connection with the battery, so have to disconnect positive terminal to reconnect as it won’t connect itself. Doesn’t show any input from solar unless it’s extremely bright sun! Unable to change any parameters…..
