Smart M-Air

Unbelievable…. Shame on you Mitsubishi. I got confirmation that they know about the not working app….. Still nothing. Even after the good feedback from their customers. The problems are described so you would think they will fix it….. 1 conclusion can be drawn. They don’t care. I have 8 wifi modules installed. 1000 euro down the drain. Regret that I did not go for another brand. Never again…………………………………………………. Update; already for 1 month we cannot login….. Another update, still; cannot login……. Shameshameshame.

Not working in IPhone, terrible app

I installed my Mitsubishi Airco last week on the app and it worked. But today I cannot log in. When i type my user ide there is a circle turning on the screen and it remains turning. I closed my ipad and turned again on. And after filling in the user ide it started again turning circle and it remains turning. I cannot log in. Can you help me Martin van Mourik

The app does not work on ios 18 Can you fix it ?

#edit 1: 8 months later - still the same problems as noted below. In the beginning of this year we bought an airco and thought the app was as good as the reputation Mitsubishi had. Pretty good. But it is broken in many many ways. Most of the time it won’t let you login at all. Seriously like 99% of the time. Sometimes it means they updated the app and you have a slightly older version. When you schedule stuff, most of the time, some schedules aren’t activating at all. Even if you setup everything correctly. If the app kind of works, which is almost never, it is very slow. Each action you take, causes a spinner to appear and after seconds actions take place. It’s way easier to use the regular remote. But the worst part is that if you schedule settings, you are most likely get into a situation you cannot adjust them anymore. In that case, when you are not at home with your regular remote, you are probable consuming energy that you don’t want too. This app is broken in so many ways I cannot even describe and it should be illegal because people pay a lot of money on enabling the WiFi in their airco’s but they don’t work! Mitsubishi Heavy industries should be fined for ignoring their customers for so long (at least one year for us)

Connection very slow and unreliable. Often notification that airco settings cannot be changed because there is another user , which there isn’t. I expected a company this big is able to build a better app 👎👎👎

De app werkte eerst wel naar behoren en enkele updates werkt het nu niet meer. 👎🏻

Slechte app. Airco’s zijn niet te zien/vinden in de app. Dus totaal nutteloos!!

De app werkt zeer slecht. Altijd heel langzaam en crasht bijna altijd.
