Smart Pension

It's incredibly useful to see my contributions every month, and the graph showing my growing pension is very motivating. One suggestion: it would be great to receive a notification once a new contribution is processed.

Wish they’d sort it out.

It’s quite simple. App doesn’t work anymore and Smart Pension couldn’t care less. I cannot login with the same credentials as i can login on my laptop. The response from Smart Pension is useless. I will speak to my employer as i don’t want to deal with a company that doesn’t give a damn!!

Not sure what has changed but now using my normal log in details I just get error with the info entered. Web page is fine. I’ll try deleting and reinstalling, may help……?

Not the best investment plan. Poor return, app gives an estimate of investment at age of retirement and not a true reflection on current value. The growth is very poor. Your best off in a private pension/investment than this fake hyped nonsense!

Everytime the app updates you have to go through the rigmorale of logging in when u have already saved biometrics.surely there must be easier way to log in.

App contains useful info to help manage pension/s so worth using. However, the UI can be quite clunky, especially the login, which for some time has kept asking whether to use biometric login (answer, yes) but then continues to request password each time.

Can’t open app asked smart pension loads of time telling them it’s not working

I can’t see beyond the front page nowhere to go. Obviously a bug.

Ok platform but still stops working fed up deleting app and restarting not what I’d call smart.
