You’ve charged me 399 pesos right after I agree on 3 days trial. It’s okay if there is keyboard option but none so i wasn’t able to use it and uninstalled. Waste of money. To expensive 399 for 1 week? Seriously?

Hidden Weekly Subscription

You have a good App to begin with, however it fails to clearly illustrate customer satisfaction by indicating that your App is NOT FREE, and the End User will be charge to a weekly subscription even without their consent. That is why it compels me to ask for a refund for an automatic debit without my consent. Please indicate your pricing and be fair in promoting your product.

Couldn’t cancel the subscription whatsoever. Charged almost 5000 pesos (Philippines) for an app that does not have support for my device. Ridiculous. Can’t even cancel it. Might have to get a new card, haven’t opened the app since the day I was forced into getting the subscription. Sick and predatory.
