Been using it since 4th Sept 2024 and all of sudden it shows a notice to purchase for the access!! So I press the restore button and it says that it can’t find my purchase history!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Paid for LIFETIME and yet can’t restore the purchase. Please fix it!!!
You have to pay to use so you guys better get a physical remote control in store rather than this one

Used the free trial to see if it was compatible with my TV… It is not compatible with my TV but there’s no clear way to cancel. I don’t want to get charged for a service. I can’t use, but there’s no clear way to cancel the free trial period

Every time connecting to tv we need physical remotes to allow connecting to tv that isn’t what i paid for.
I unknowingly purchase the annual package for $29.99 a month , and never intended on the purchase. Neither here nor there I eat that purchase. DON’T PURCHASE this scam!! I got hit for 29.99 and that’s fine, HOWEVER it does not even work!! I can see that it is connect to my wife and also my tv but guess what… IT DOES NOT WORK!!!! I’ve been at this app 9 different ways to Sunday and it’s not myself or my lack of knowledge, the app is a SCAM, A RIP OFF!!! Just go to the store and get an universal remote!! Save yourself some time and time. Also some aggression. You welcome.
Whatever they are smoking must be good because paying weekly or even paying 30$ for a remote app is absolutely insane they need to go back to the drawing board and realize its ignorance im not hurting for money but thats insane i wont even use it now 🤷🏻♂️
