Smart Sump by RIDGID

It’s only my first day with this pump but so far love the info about how often pump runs and the notification options. Be patient during setup, if app hangs just close and restart again, eventually it will work.

I’m not sure if it’s because of our recent update, but the QR code is now recognizable. A large flash icon shows up on the bottom right of the screen when you go to take the picture. If you click that it lights up the QR code so that it’s easier to see. After a little bit of time it connected successfully.

After an hour of frustration trying to get the QR code to scan, I decided to take a high resolution picture with my regular cam and blow it up on my computer. I then tried again scanning the QR code off my computer and it worked

Fixing the app should be a no-brainer. What’s the delay? Ugh!

Will not focus camera to scan QR code and there is no way to manually add product and serial number. Waste of time. Pump works fine.

I bought two pumps. When to connect them to the app and both fail to connect. Please fix
